Originally, Schenes was a car club and drag racing team founded by Jim Bray in the early 1960s. Jim not only was an incredible handy man and automotive enthusiast, but a loving grandfather and roll model to a young Zander Roe who after his passing took hold of the name and founded it into the label it is today. Jim spent everyday of his later life repairing and restoring items and vehicles of the past with a focus on the dependable and reliable quality of the "Made in the USA" tag, A quality that Zander would make a crucial part of the brands identity.
